Paper Bouquet - March Elemental Challenge for Daring Cardmakers DT

Happy March!

Can you believe it's March already?! With all the snow we've had it's hard to believe it's March but through the snow you can see hope in the form of the Spring flowers.  The boys' school has been open so I've been taking them in and then they come home and spend as long as they can outside having snowball fights!

As you know by now, the first Friday of the month is an elemental one on the Daring Cardmakers.

I chose the First Edition Wanderlust paper pad for this challenge.  I fussy cut the flowers from one of the papers and arranged them in a doily making a paper bouquet.  I added a couple of die cut leaves from the same paper pack and a brand new Dovecraft Happy Birthday die to finish.

You can see the image that Miri has chosen along with more inspiration from the DT HERE.  The elements I chose are the flowers, colours and patterns.

I hope you have a good weekend.  I have a Trimcraft demo at The Range in Romford on Sunday so I'm hoping the weather will be a little better and the roads clearer.

See you again soon,
Shabneez

Great idea with the doily, I might have to top up my supply soon and try out some different ways to use them. Great choices for the challenge.

Love it Shabneez. the bouquet is gorgeous with the doily wrap - might have to pinch that idea as I never know what to do with those little doilies!

Fabulous card, Shabneez, the design is beautiful with the bouquet of flowers.

Plenty of snow here, too risky to get the car out as the road are treacherous. As the schools are all shut, it's lovely to see lots of children out enjoying the snow. xx

Stunning card Shabneez. I love the doily idea and these papers are gorgeous (I've just got them for my demos, yippee!). Our snow is melting now but the big boy enjoyed his snow day- the youngest is not a fan at all. Cathy x
