Scoops & Sprinkles - Tonic Studios Craft Kit 92

Happy Tuesday!

I didn't realise it had been so long since I last posted - doesn't time fly!  It's not that I haven't created, in fact I've been really busy but just haven't blogged.

Today is the 20th of the month which means it's time for the latest Craft Kit from Tonic Studios - Scoops & Sprinkles which is apt considering the fine weather we have been having.

This really is a fabulous Kit full of everything you need to make gift boxes like the ones above and cards too!

I first made the Sundae gift box which was easy to put together and then I set about decorating it with the various dies.  I used the papers from the paper pad in the Kit for the glass.

Next, I made the cute ice cream cone gift box and used the papers from the pad to cover the whole box.  I even cut out the waffles on the top with it.  I added a ribbon for the closure.

For my final creation I made a card using the embellishment mousse as a messy background (kind of like spilt ice cream) and I used the embossing folder on the hexagons then added ice creams made from the dies in the set and added Nuvo drops to finish.  I used the sentiment from an older Tonic Studios stamp set - Creative Pastimes Collection Stamp Set.
