How has your week been? Mine's been very productive although I'd rather have spent it outdoors but you can't have it all!
The Daring Cardmakers have opted to see 3D projects this week and it was the ideal time for me to use the Time for Tea Designs Mini Gift Box die set.
I began by making my own background paper by smooshing distress inks in 3 colours. I then stamped images in the same colours on the background, die cut and stuck the box together. It was so simple to put together as the score lines are already there so just a case of folding and gluing.
I added unicorns and rainbows along with a thank you sentiment that I stamped on to one of the die cut hearts that come with the Mini Box die set. I added glitter glue to the unicorns for added sparkle!
These would make the perfect little gift for teachers or party favours as many people are opting for garden parties at the moment. Whatever you decide they're fun to make and a good one to involve children in.
