A spooky start to the month from me with a new challenge over on Angie's Digital Stamps that has an optional twist of spooky/scary.
I've used the Halloween Digital Set for my make which includes the sentiment and witch's hat.
I had fun making the background using distress inks and spritzing a light mist of water at the end. I coloured the image using my Zig pens.
To finish I added some strips on my black card base and enamel dots for extra interest.
