One In A Melon - Tonic Studios Stamp Club Launch

Greetings to you all,

2023 has been tough so far.  The 'happy' seems to have disappeared at the moment as my beloved father passed away 2 weeks ago and was buried soon after.  I haven't felt the urge to craft since, but I need to share some creations I did last year as I work so far in advance.  Besides which, my father was my biggest fan.

Today is the launch of the latest Stamp Club - One In A Melon.  I remember how I enjoyed using this stamp and die set to make my creations.  My affiliate links are here:

For my first card I used the Tonic Studios Stitched Criss Cross Pattern Panel as my background.  I then die cut a couple of hearts and coloured in my stamped and die cut avocados.  I added Crystal Glaze to the avocado stones and googly eyes as they are just so cute!

For my second creation, I used the Stitched Layers Happy Birthday Layering Basics Die Set to create my own aperture card.  I used lots of the different fruit to create a fun card and added some Nuvo Mist spatters.

Flair Not Square - Daring Cardmakers DT

Happy Friday!

It's been one of those days already which is why I am rather late with my blog post.  Good job the sun is out and it'll be half term next week so something to look forward to.

The Daring Cardmakers want to see shaped cards this week - anything but square!  I didn't go as fancy as I wanted to but opted for a slimline which is a favourite of mine.

I used a new stamp and die set by Concord & 9th which I had my eye on since it came out.  It's a good size and works on different card sizes.  I stamped out all the elements and die cut them.  I used paper for the background and added Nuvo drops to finish.
