I had a wonderful Eid weekend with loved ones.  I also managed to go to the cemetry to see my Dad so I was really happy.

I absolutely loved working with this memory book die set.  It has such fun cooking themed dies included to add to your pages.

The arch shape is unusual for a memory book and lends itself so well to the paper pad as well.  The arch dies can be used for cards as well and have beautuful embossing on them.

Various Vases - Tonic Studios Craft Kit 102

It's almost Eid - we will celebrate tomorrow and are very much looking forward to seeing loved ones.

As it's the 20th of the month today we see the launch of the latest monthly Craft Kit from Tonic Studios - Various Vases.  My affiliate links, at no cost to you can be found here:

I loved working with this Kit as the vases are made with such ease and I'm sure you'll agree they look amazing!

You can make a gift box with a lid and no flowers if you wish.  I used the paper pad with the Kit which has some beautiful prints with gold foiling which will make your creations look so luxurious.

The next gift box I made I used the papers to die cut the petals for the daffodil to add to my vase base.  I added some Nuvo drops to give it a 'wet' look.  The hexagonal sentiments are from the paper pad too.

For my final gift box, I used the dies to create a different type of flower using vellum and I added Nuvo Shimmer powder in the centre.  This time I used the decorative dies and papers for the vase.

This is a truly fabulous Kit which makes the most wonderful gift boxes that are sure to be a keepsake for recipients.

This is a great set and makes a number of gift boxes with a tox box theme.  I made the rocket and added a little extra at the bottom for the flames using the dies from the set.

You can make a whale and pig as well so a versatile die set.

Easter Buddy Box - Tonic Studios Craft Kit 101

The month of fasting began for us yesterday and it's great that we have a couple of days during half term.

This is such a cute Kit and makes these little boxes which are easy to put together.  There are lots of dies to help you create a bunny, chick and egg boxes.

I made a cute bunny one first and added googly eyes.  I used the foil adhesive sheets for the sentiment and the bows.

For my next box I used all the egg dies to create my box and added a bow.  I used the adhesive foil sheets for a couple of the eggs.

Retro Radio Gift Box Die Set - Tonic Studios Launch

I am seeing the sun for the first time in days and it is beautiful.  I think we are all a little fed up of the rain.  The first signs of Spring have popped up in the garden with crocuses and daffodils blooming which is refreshing to see.

Today I am sharing a brand new launch by Tonic Studios of the Retro Radio Gift Box Die Set.  It is a wonderful set which makes a very quirky retro radio.  My affiliate links, at no cost to you, with many thanks:

This is such a fun set and with Valentine's Day coming up I thought it was an ideal opportunity to make mine a love themed gift box.  I used Craft Perfect cardstock to make the radio and added some paper from the Have A Heart Paper pad which includes the love heart sweet images I used on the knob.

I love the 'You Rock My World' sentiment on the handle and the musical notes from the die set that I used to decorate the gift box.  I added a fussy cut guitar from a very old paper pad I had too.  The volume knob has a mechanism which turns it and the handles also move.

The box is a good size and you can get a fair bit inside for a loved one.

This is a wonderful set which makes 2 sizes of gift boxes - perfect for Easter!  I have made the smaller one and used papers from the Seasonal Wreath Paper Pad to decorate.  The larger box has 8 sides as opposed to 6 for the smaller one.

I used the additional dies from the set to create a little garden on the top of my box which I thought was cute!  It's a really easy box to put together and looks lovely.

You're The Best - Tonic Studios Craft Kit 100

A very happy 2026 to you all.  It's so strange as the last blog post I wrote was Craft Kit 99 way back in December.  Not sure where January has gone!

This Kit contains a folder with a double die set, stamps and an embossing folder along with ink pads and much more!

I actually made a reel showing how to make this card which will be showcased by Tonic Studios.  I used the inks and the bow embossing folder in a different way.

For the next card I used papers from the Frosted Rose paper pad which is currently discounted at £3 - bargain or what?!  I used the floral die cuts, stamped sentiment and embossed and die cut the bows.

For my final card I made a cute spinner Mother's Day Card adding ink to the florals.

I've been working on lots of exciting new launches in the background and I hope to share them with you soon.
